Ipsy is a very popular monthly beauty and makeup subscription bag. It’s created by none other than the world renowned beauty blogger Michelle Phan.
Each month, subscribers get a beautiful Glam Bag with (4-5) full or deluxe size products from popular as well as new brands with a cute little makeup bag.
Ipsy sends out many different variations of their bag each month – so my review is for the bag i received, you may receive the same or different variation !
The contents in the bag may vary from subscriber to subscriber, as the bag is curated inconsideration of your beauty profile that you fill when you subscribe to Ipsy. If you are curious one, you can see all the products that went out for a particular month on their website. Once you get your bag, you can review your items online, and tell Ipsy what you think. When you complete reviews, you earn points, which can be redeemed for special items.

My IPSY May Glam Bag included the following:
Each month you get a different makeup bag with your monthly subscription. This month’s bag from “Breakups To Makeups” is quite a delight, its a canvas bag with pink nylon interior, easy to clean and holds good quantity. This is one of the 3 variants for May 2015.
NUXE Face Cleansing and Make-Up Removing Gel – 15 ml ($1.40)
Its always good to receive NUXE products in your subscription bag. This one is a face cleansing and makeup removing gel. Smells really nice, leaves skin smooth. Travel-Size and easy to carry for a small trip.
Luxie 205 Tapered Blending Brush – ($12)
Who doesn’t love getting makeup brushes in their beauty bag, specially if its an eye shadow brush. Well I, for one, loved the inclusion to my bag!!!
The baby pink and rose gold brush is made of synthetic hair bristles and is cruelty free. Isn’t that great. The bristles of this blending brush are soft and the pink handle is sturdy. The product claims to be coated with an antibacterial solution for minimal brush cleansing, which helps it to stay fresh and clean for longer periods of time. Bonus: The brush is worth more than your subscription.
Jesse’s Girl Pure Pigment Eye Dust in Brown Sugar – 1.8 gm ($4.99)
Well this one made a great combo with Luxie 205 Blending brush. A copper brown eye shadow which sets to be a matte shade. Really like the color Brown Sugar, a everyday makeup color. FULL SIZE!
Oscar Blandi Pronto Texture & Volume Spray – 4.2 oz ($25)
Isn’t it amazing to receive full size versions of great products. Oscar Blandi is well known name in Hair Care Industry. Looking forward to try this one, it’s gem in this month’s Ipsy Bag. Full Size!!!
A clear 24/7 glide on Lip Pencil in Ozone from the house of Urban Decay and came in 3/4 the size of its full counter parts. It helps to keep your lips primed and keep the lipstick from featuring.
Not just that, two of the Revolution High Color lip gloss samples were included as well- Fail bait and Bittersweet. I am not so fond of the purple shade but will liked the gorgeous pink one.
This Month Ipsy “Jet setter” Bag has a value of about $59 which, i must admit, is great for a $10/month subscription. The selection of products is really nice and included a lot of full sized products from great brands. All the products are usable in day to day makeup routine which is amazing. I feel it’s one of the best value for money beauty subscription available out there and is a great way to try new products every month. Highly Recommended.
